First Mosaic up!!!

Wrapping up a Mosaic today. That will take awhile to post as well. I know I'm behind on some projects. With the winter weather comes that 'blah' season where I don't want to do anything! Also the fact that my arthritus really kicks in and that certainly doesn't help!
Oh well, seeing my first Mosaic posted has heightened my spirits a bit!

Royal Comics!

This section of the page will be devoted to the many funny books I have made throughtout the years.
First up is:
Dark Hearts
A book about a group of young people investigating the supernatural. Over the years, Royal Entertainment has sold 11 issues of this book. Issue 12 is ready for print and we have 13 through 18 in progress with storylines all the way up to issue 50 or more! Here's some samples:

Next up is:
Purple Teal Man
Purple Teal Man is an old favorite of mine. It was started as a high school newspaper strip and evolved onto a full comic book I was selling at the school (How educational)! It tells the story of Bobby Joe; a simple country boy abducted by aliens and destined to become the savior of the galaxy!
Currently only issue 1 is available for sale but a new webcomic is up here at DA!

Next is:
Tech Mercs
A sci-fi adventure tale about a group of young hero for hires who are at odds with their new leader. You see, their abilities rely on technology while he has superpowers. It's a battle of old vs new in a future society where super powers are frowned upon and even outlawed in some parts.
Unfortunately, I haven't spent much time on this book lately. Issue #0 and #1 are available.

hi, i just saw your work on mosaics. i like alot! what was your method of making comics? very good gallery!

Well, I look at a script, do a basic break down for panels and pacing. It's very rough at this point, no real details in characters, just placement and what not. Then I draw the panels at a larger size. Pencils, then inks and colours in photoshop if I'm working alone. Sometimes there is a colaborator. Then I reassemble them to match the break down page. Thanks for taking the time to look at my gallery! Much appreciated!!!
